FAQ'S: REGISTRATION

What is the registration cost?

Individual registration start as low as $39 for the full event. See registration page for complete registration costs.

Are any session open to the public?

No. Registration is required to attend Overflow. Single day passes are available for the Saturday portion of the event. See the registration page for complete registration costs.

What does the registration cover?

Registration includes access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, concerts, and activities. Registration does not include personal accommodations, transportation or meals.

What payment methods can I use?

Online registration is the preferred method for Overflow. Eventbrite is the event registration site we use Overflow. It is both secure and immediate. If you are unable to register online and wish to pay by check or cash, please contact Ablaze The Movement (info@ablazemovement.com) or (716)832-6791 with any questions.

Can I register at the door?

Registration is available at the door but for a more expensive fee. See the registration page for complete registration costs.

Who can attend Overflow?

Overflow is geared towards students ages 12-22. We encourage adults who attend to be youth leaders or youth workers.

Can children under the age of 12 attend Overflow?

We do not encourage parents to bring their small children to Overflow, as there is no childcare available.  However, any children attending will have to be registered at the current registration rate - there are no discounts available for children, and they do not get into the event for free. One exception: infants (under the age of 3) will be permitted into the event at no charge.

Do youth leaders, chaperones have to pay the full registration fee?

Yes. All who attend must be registered.

How do I register for Overflow?

  • Click on the register link, this will take you to the Eventbrite page. Eventbrite is the event registration site for Overflow.
  • Once on the Eventbrite page click the ticket button and enter the type and number of tickets you want to purchase.
  • Fill in the information and names of those you are registering.
  • Enter your credit card information and submit your payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your registration is completed.

FAQ'S: FREQUENTLY ASKED

How early can we arrive for Registration?

Doors open for registration at 2:00pm on Friday October 11th. Even though the first session of the conference doesn’t start until 7:00 pm, we start check-in early to accommodate those traveling from out of town. A schedule for the conference is available on the website schedule page.

What should I bring?

You should bring your Bible and money for meal purchases offsite or conference merchandise.

Where is Overflow taking place?

This years Overflow Conference is taking place at the Buffalo Grand Hotel (formerly Adam's Mark) located at 120 Church St. Buffalo, NY 14202.

Is children ministry available?

Children’s ministry is not available. Please make outside arrangements (for children younger than seventh grade) if you plan to attend Spring Overflow.

Are seats assigned?

All tickets for this conference are general admission. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each session. There will be a number of seats saved for worship teams, guest speakers, large groups (30+), and special guests. Any other seat saving before the doors open is not allowed.

Can I register to be a volunteer?

Volunteer registration is first come as needed. Please see the volunteer page to apply to be a volunteer or email us at info@sosmchurch.com for information.
